Can I do the program if I can’t complete a full deep squat?
Try propping your heels up a few inches (on some books or something similar) and then try to squat. If you can hang out in the bottom portion for a few seconds, you can complete the program! If you can’t do this, reach out to movementdiscovery@gmail.com and I would be happy to help you get to that point!
Can I do the program if I am injured?
While Sam is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, the program is not intended to treat any injuires. Participation in the program is at your own risk. Reach out to movementdiscovery@gmail.com or contact a medical professional for more personal guidance!
How long will I have access to the program?
After purchasing the program, you will receive an email with a pdf download- so it is lifetime access!
