Your fitness journey is a personal journey. I love working with enthusiastic clients on flexibility, bodyweight strength, and movement meditations. These areas will serve you well, regardless of where your journey goes.

How it works

  1. Take some time to fill out the form below. If I can help you on your journey, we set up a time to talk. If we seem to be a good fit, we begin our 6-week journey.

  2. We collaborate via video call and complete a movement assessment

  3. Based on our meeting, I create a movement program tailored to your goals as well as your unique body and personality.

  4. You workout for 6 weeks. We discuss any questions you have, why we’re doing what we’re doing, and how to improve your technique. This will be done through text

  5. You Reflect. Using what you learn, you decide whether we keep working together or if it’s time for you to go on your own.
