Sam Lemaire
Movement has always been a passion of mine. Since childhood, I've been fascinated by various forms of physical activity, from playing numerous sports to exploring different movement practices. In college, I pursued a major in Health Science with minors in Psychology, Cognitive Neuropsychology, and Religious Studies. I then went on to graduate school to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and currently work in Fairport, NY!
Through my experiences working with patients, clients, and my own movement practice, I've come to understand that movement is more than just a gym routine; it has the power to uplift every aspect of life. My journey has been shaped not only by my academic, clinical and physical pursuits but also by my meditation practice, which I've dedicated the last five years to. Meditation has deeply influenced the way I interact with movement, both in my personal practice and in helping others.
This realization inspired me to start coaching, aiming to provide people with movement experiences that they genuinely enjoy. I believe in creating programs that enhance mobility, build bodyweight strength, or explore movement meditations, all while fostering a positive relationship with exercise.
